Broken Windows

There's a theory called the "broken windows" theory, that goes something like this: If you don't repair your broken window, it will get worse and eventually fall out".

There might be some truth to this theory! I was walking across St. Mark's Place in late June, when I saw this broken window:

Broken window.

I thought about this theory when I saw this broken window, but I didn't pay it no never mind, until a month later, when I saw this on Stuyvesant Street, just in from Third Avenue:

Fallen out windows.

We must do something about this plight, before we're all beset with blight!
