this is where the real fashion is determined and set! how many pairs of pants they will be wearing? one pair on the head, nothing on the legs? one on the head, one on the legs? one on head, tights / leggings on the legs? one on the head, shorts on the legs? should it be the same color pants on the legs as on the head? can you wear shorts on your head if it is summer? can you wear leggings on your head?
