Plastic Vines

Back on August 15, I wrote that it would be a good idea if the trees in the East Village were replaced with artificial trees.

A week later, to the day, someone on East 9th Street put the idea into practice!

I don't know if you can tell, but the vines on the right half of the fence are plastic:

Plastic vines.

There's something to be said for this, something along the lines of:
Vines of the future, today!

Something like that.
