I was riding my Citibike down East 6th Street the other evening, when I came up behind an ambulance. It wasn't stopped to pickup a person, though:

I'm pretty sure when they got the call that Rocky was injured (D.O.A., I regret to report), this was not what they expected — and they still had to fill out the paperwork!
