Unless I'm mistaken, the last time we looked in on this former location of the East Village Pharmacy, on Avenue A and East 5th Street, was March, 2016.

I'm happy to report that things have improved — look, a Chanel poster!

I was walking across East 7th Street this past Sunday, when I saw a shoe store selling… Chanel suede Frankenstein boots?!

Then, this morning, on my way to work, I passed by this poster, on Third Avenue:
