The East Village is Full

Well, it finally happened: the East Village is full up!

I saw this sign on Saturday, on East 7th Street:

At least it has a balcony — East Villagers do love their balconies!

    I did notice a NO VACANCY sign as I was crossing the EV border yesterday evening.

    p.s. easiest border crossing ever - no papers, no passport, no controls - just walk on in!

      I had a similar experience recently, when I crossed the Mason-Dixon line!
