Trash & Graffiti

Whenever you see a building with a lot of graffiti on it, you usually see trash in front of it also.

One example is the ugliest building in the East Village.

Another example is this one, on St. Mark's Place:

Trash and graffiti.

If they put a fence in front of the building, that would keep the graffitiers away.

Then they could put the trash cans into those garbage can bins.

Tidying up the East Village, one ugly building at a time!
