depending on which country you are in when you open a blogspot blog, you will see blogspot.ca or blogspot.de, if you are in canada or germany, respectively, rather than the blogspot.com that we see here.
i have done url lookups of xn--ao-4ia.net (the other ISP that showed up with blogspot blogs but without the blogspot monicker) and aço.net. xn--ao-4ia.net is in australia and aço.net is a portuguese domain seller.
maybe those are the blogspot domain names in those countries because blogspot (which is really google / alphabet) could not get 'blogspot' in those places?
i am sure there are enough people reading this blog who can clarify this. or, ask anyone walking in / out of the watson building :-) what those are all about.
