By this time, East Villagers are all aware of Grinding Existing Asphaltic Concrete Wearing Course Project HW2CR16B, which is just a fancy-shmancy way of saying the asphalt is being removed and the substrate prepared for new asphalt!

Neither heat nor rain nor grinding existing asphaltic concrete will keep the Hell's Angels from reserving parking spaces in front of their club house with orange cones!
