Maria's has hard a hard time of it lately, because it's attached to a building that's been condemned.

When I passed by this past weekend, the door of the shack was open — the first time in a long time I've seen it open. I spoke with a woman I presume to be Maria. She told me they're going to open again in two months.
Does that mean the building is no longer condemned?
