A Stump and Some Sticks

You might wonder why so many of my pictures are inside Tompkins Square Park. Well, it's because there's always so much to see there! How's that for an answer?!

Around about twenty days ago is when this tree massacration took place. To my knowledge, there were no ceremonies held to honor this beloved tree: no clowns, no kneeling and kissing the dirt, nothing.

Strange, no? All trees are equal, but some are more equal than others… in the East Village Today!
