There appears to be a bit of construction work going on! Maybe even large-scale renovation until 2015!
This is the picture I took of their notice board, a couple of weeks ago:

Not only was it open, but the glass is missing from both doors!
It's almost like it's abandoned. Maybe someone should squat this building, and start a daycare center and… a performance space! They could call it Children's Liberation Daycare II, and PS 123!
