Tree Leaves vs. The Polar Vortex
I decided to take a different path to the subway this morning, so I walked down Avenue C. This tree, on East 4th Street, lost all of its leaves in a single night, due do the cold:
It wasn't the only one I saw that this happened to, but it was the best example.
