41 Cooper Square

This is a picture of the new Cooper Union building on Third Avenue, called by its address: 41 Cooper Square:

It's an interesting-looking building, I'll say. What I especially like about it is that you can open the windows! So many buildings these days, made mostly of glass panels, don't have windows that can be opened. The building where I work has windows that can be opened, and so does this one.
