The Cake Photographer

I was walking across Stuyvesant Street between Third Avenue and East 9th Street the other day, when I saw these two women standing outside a place called The Barrel, taking pictures of cakes:

Say cheese…cake!

The one on the right (mostly hidden) would move the cakes and the photographer would take one picture.

Who knows what they're going to use them for? A web site? A cake blog?

Something's always cooking in the East Village!
